JINADA x DTCpay Debit Card Pre-Launch “Founders Pack” Promotion

Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“T&Cs”) govern the JINADA Pre-Launch Founders Pack Promotion (the “Promotion”). By participating, you agree to be bound by these T&Cs. Please read them carefully.

1. Promotion Period

1.1 The Promotion is available during the Pre-Launch phase of JINADA (the “Promotion Period”), starting from the official launch of the Pre-Launch campaign until all Founders Pack gifts are fully redeemed or until such date as determined by JINADA at its sole discretion.

2. Eligibility

2.1 The Promotion is open to individuals who:

Are at least 18 years of age at the time of sign-up;

Pay the non-refundable S$5 sign-up fee during the Promotion Period; and

Successfully apply for and obtain approval of the Jinada x DTCpay Debit Card (“Card”).

2.2 Creation of a JINADA account alone does not qualify an individual for the Promotion. Eligibility is strictly conditional upon successful issuance of the Card.

2.3 Each individual may only apply for one (1) Card and may only receive one (1) Founder’s Pack reward under this Promotion.

2.4 If the Card application is declined, not completed within thirty (30) days from the official launch date, or if the participant fails KYC checks or is otherwise unable to obtain the Card, the participant will not be entitled to any reward, and the S$5 sign-up fee will not be refunded.

3. How to Participate

3.1 To qualify for the Founders Pack, participants must:

Visit the JINADA Pre-Launch website;

Create a JINADA account by providing their email address and mobile number;

Pay the S$5 sign-up fee; and

Select one (1) of the following gifts at the time of sign-up:

Pokémon TCG Prismatic Evolutions Pack (worth approx. S$14);

1,100 Mobile Legends: Bang Bang Diamonds (worth approx. S$30); or

S$10 credited into the participant’s JINADA x DTCpay Debit Card account.

3.2 Rewards are limited in quantity and will be allocated strictly on a first-come, first-served basis while stocks last.

4. Rewards Fulfilment

4.1 Rewards will only be processed after successful issuance of the Card to the eligible individual.

4.2 Upon successful approval, the selected Founders Pack gift will be fulfilled within 30 business days:

Pokémon TCG Prismatic Evolutions Pack: delivered to the registered mailing address;

MLBB Diamonds: credited to the nominated MLBB account;

S$10: credited into the participant’s JINADA x DTCpay Debit Card account.

4.3 Participants are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all details provided (e.g., mailing address, MLBB account ID, or DTCpay account details). JINADA will not be liable for non-delivery, misdelivery, or loss of rewards due to inaccurate or incomplete information submitted by the participant.

4.4 JINADA reserves the right to substitute any reward with another item of equal or greater value without prior notice.

4.5 In addition, participants who successfully obtain the Card under this Promotion will receive 2x JINADA Points on all eligible transactions from launch until 31 January 2026 (“Bonus Period”). After the Bonus Period, transactions will earn JINADA Points at the standard rate.

5. General Conditions

5.1 The S$5 sign-up fee is strictly non-refundable under all circumstances.

5.2 Rewards are non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and not redeemable for cash, credit, or other items unless otherwise stated.

5.3 JINADA reserves the right to disqualify any participant who:

Provides false or inaccurate information;

Attempts to register multiple accounts using different credentials; or

Engages in fraudulent or abusive conduct with respect to this Promotion.

6. Data Protection & Privacy

6.1 By participating in the Promotion, participants consent to the collection, use, disclosure, and processing of their personal data (including but not limited to name, email address, contact number, mailing address, and gaming account ID) by JINADA for the purposes of administering the Promotion, verifying eligibility, fulfilling rewards, and any other purpose related to the Promotion.

6.2 JINADA will comply with the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (“PDPA”) in relation to the collection, use, and storage of personal data. Participants’ personal data will not be shared with unrelated third parties except where required for the purposes of this Promotion (e.g., delivery partners, payment providers, or game publishers to fulfil rewards) or as required by law.

6.3 Participants may contact JINADA Customer Support at [email protected] to request access, correction, or withdrawal of consent in relation to their personal data. However, withdrawal of consent may affect JINADA’s ability to administer the Promotion and fulfil any rewards.

7. Liability & Disclaimer

7.1 Issuance of the Card is subject to successful completion of all know-your-customer (“KYC”) checks, verification, and approval processes determined by DTCpay and/or the card-issuing bank.

7.2 JINADA shall not be liable in the event a participant fails KYC checks, is unable to complete the application process, or is otherwise rejected by DTCpay or the card-issuing bank. In such cases, the participant will not be entitled to any reward, and the S$5 sign-up fee will remain strictly non-refundable.

7.3 JINADA shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or expenses incurred by participants arising from or in connection with:

Technical issues, delays, or errors in the registration or payment process;

The unavailability or substitution of any gift; or

Any third-party terms, conditions, or restrictions related to the use of the selected gift.

7.4 All product names, trademarks, and brand references (e.g., Pokémon, Mobile Legends: Bang Bang) are the property of their respective owners. JINADA is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by these brands.

8. Amendments & Governing Law

8.1 JINADA reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the Promotion and/or these T&Cs at any time without prior notice.

8.2 These T&Cs shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Participants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
